Do You Live To Eat or Eat To Live?

Do You Live To Eat or Eat To Live?

Noooo this isn’t a trick question or anything like that…I want you to ask yourself this question, “Do You Live To Eat or Eat To Live?”. I know what you’re thinking because I thought it at first too, “What the hell does that even mean?”. Well to explain further when a person lives to eat, he/she basically centers their life around food, enjoying the various delicious and ‘The-itis’ infecting foods that would probably place them in the category of a glutton. When a person eats to live, he/she is more conscious of what they’re eating, to the point where they make sure they are getting the nutrients and servings they need and they count the rest as fluff. These people eat until they are contempt with having the necessities in their system; not until they’re stuffed and bloated and pass out on the couch lol.

What this question does for you all plus myself is that it makes you aware that one should be conscious of what they are eating. Ever heard the phrase, “You Are What You Eat”, it doesn’t get any simpler than that. With everything that’s going on with how our food is being processed and treated, people are actually starting to realize that the illnesses, fatigue, etc. are actually coming from what you put into your body! When I myself realized it, I made a vow to make sure that I take care of my body because I’ve learned that the number one wealth to have in life is your health because you can’t do anything else without good health. Oh and if anyone runs into or meets Hill Harper, tell him I said thank you for the Wealth Cure (Great Read!)

Besides working out to my tailored schedule, I thought I’d share with guys my diet plan. And no, I’m not a nutritionist specialist or anything, I’ve just done my research and from what I found and experienced, this diet plan works for me. So let’s get to it!

First thing in the morning after I wake up51N2prB-t6L, I take a scoop of this baby on the right and mix it with some cranberry juice (Warning: it’s nasty if you go with water) and drink it. It’s called Green Vibrance as you can see and it’s a Vegan Superfood powder (No, I’m not Vegan but I eat vegan-like foods). I used to take One-a-Day vitamins and I switched from them to this because I get more vitamins while also having the benefit of my body absorbing the nutrients more naturally than a pill. This baby right here focuses on the 4 foundations of health and it definitely cleans you out!

After about an 30 minutes to an hour or so I’d go and have my breakfast, and to make this easier on you guys I’ll put this in list form.

Before Breakfast:

  • Scoop of Green Vibrance with Cranberry Juice

Breakfast:

  • Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal w/Almond Milk or Special K Cereal
  • Water

  • Greek Yogurt with fruit or Crackers
  • Water

As you all can see it’s pretty much simple and consistent, I’ll be sticking with this diet plan for a while and I’ll post the results up at a later time. I want to make a note to you all that this is what I eat 6 days out of the week, on Sunday’s those are my cheat day simply because I want a day to eat what I want without relapsing back to bad eating habits. There you have it everyone, if you have questions comment below and feel free to let me know what’s on your mind!
